I would just like to add on: Never ever remove that fish in aluminium foil, it's your best dish. (Because I'm too daft to match it with Pepper Fish)

maybe try out with baking instead of frying... like baked cheese with pork to get cheese pork? just a suggestion...
silenced: Thank you. Haha, the oven is on MC! :SNot sure what's the problem yet.That was why we couldn't produce the baked rice and had to be taken out last minute.Yup, we love baked cheese and thought you will feel the same too.:)
